Salem Girls Softball: Travel Teams

2009 TRAVEL TEAMS
 

Salem Cyclones
Competitive Travel Team, tryouts required
Age divisions include: 10U team, 12U team, 14U team, 16U team, all pending interest

3-4 weekend tournaments including Memorial Day.
Registration fee: $150.00        
Registration fee includes: Team uniform shirt, shorts, visor, socks all registration tournament fees.
Fees do not include: Indoor practice fees or any associated travel expenses.
All players must be registered with the Salem Girls Softball league.
Practices are held weekly in the spring. Tournaments will begin Memorial Day weekend 2008. There may be a fundraiser.
All players must be Salem residents and must be willing to make the commitment.


Salem Sidewinders
Summer Travel Teams, 10U, 12U, 14U, 18U
June 26th through August 9
All players, no tryouts needed
14 games played, 2 per week, 1 home game & 1 away game
Games are scheduled Monday through Thursday night beginning at 6:15pm or later.   Teams travel about 30 minutes for an away game (actual towns differ per division)
COST:         $90.00 registration fee, $40.00 uniform retainer check
